Stainless Steel Single Barrel

Loved it. Felt very strong and very well crafted. Too bad I bought it for someone else.

The mug is great customer service is terrible though. Don't expect them to answer any phone calls or return a call. Don't expect an email back within business hours or for them to reply via their chat, took over a week for my problem to be "resolved" (Still hasn't been resolved, ordered from them over a month ago) they didn't send the drink voucher coupons with my order and I figured maybe it was a digital thing or it would be sent separate, I asked, waited was told I'd be sent them, waited a week, nothing, emailed, no reply nothing so this why I believe they deserve 2 stars.
