Antique Copper Insulated Tankard

My family and I love going to our city's Comic Con every year, and one of the perks is Wild Bill's. One of the mugs that we purchased began peeling with less than a month's use and was only hand washed. We contacted the customer service, chose a new mug online, and they shipped it within a week at no additional charge. Everyone involved was very kind and understanding, so I say thank you for everything from an extremely satisfied customer.

I was sent the wrong one. sent multiple emails, and finally got a response that they'd send the right one. Still haven't received it yet. Also called multiple phone calls only to get voicemails with no response back. I love your products but as of now I'm disappointed in your customer service.

I was looking for a copper mug for my husband's bday that was actually insulated and decent size. This is hard to find and exactly what I was looking for. It seems to be high quality, sturdy, and really sweet looking!

Love the design and the fact its genuine metal from the sound when u tap on that being said MAYBE its a bit pricey but that might just be me talking, however quality wise its awesome
