Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policy
Wild Bill's Soda is committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We fulfill and ship all orders within 2-5 business days of receipt. Our business operates from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Wild Bill's Soda offers free shipping for orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. For orders below $75, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination.
The delivery time for your order will depend on your shipping location and the shipping service selected. Within the contiguous United States, orders are shipped via standard shipping and typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Wild Bill's Soda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange.
Return or Exchange Criteria:
- Product must be in its original condition and packaging, including any tags and labels
- Product must not be damaged or show any signs of wear or use
- Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase
How to Request a Return or Exchange:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Exchanges will be processed for the same product in a different size or flavor. If the requested exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Product:

- We will issue a replacement or refund and cover the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
