Antique Copper Insulated Tankard

I was sent the wrong one. sent multiple emails, and finally got a response that they'd send the right one. Still haven't received it yet. Also called multiple phone calls only to get voicemails with no response back. I love your products but as of now I'm disappointed in your customer service.

I was looking for a copper mug for my husband's bday that was actually insulated and decent size. This is hard to find and exactly what I was looking for. It seems to be high quality, sturdy, and really sweet looking!

Love the design and the fact its genuine metal from the sound when u tap on that being said MAYBE its a bit pricey but that might just be me talking, however quality wise its awesome

I bought this tankard recently for an upcoming Ren Faire and figured it would fit my Piratical look, unfortunately the mug that came in was black, and not the antique copper I ordered. These mugs are great, keeps your 'soda' cool for hours, but this unfortunately color swap brings my review from a 5 to a 4.
